    I work out each day for at least 30 minutes. To be honest its the bare minimum haha. Three days of more vigorous exercise. I also eat healthy. Lots and lots of protein and veggies! But always value a balanced diet with the occasional treat as well!

    I have a PT that i see twice a week and on the other days you'll find me in the pilates studio getting the booty burning. I also enough going to hikes when I'm not working or walks along the beach as I'm blessed with the burleigh walk

    Ok , here the real secret for all of You wanting to re-set or loose weight or have other problems , skin conditions etc.. .     Exercise, walking, home workouts, yoga. I've been working hard the last two years to relearn new and healthier habits. I want to live a long time and remain healthy for my sons.I can not wait to see where my new journey takes me!!! Maybe we can do something athletic on our first date!

    2-3 days walking or running, 2-3 at the gym. However that works out. I'm game for working out with you any time and hopefully vice versa. of course, there's the OTHER hi intensity workout to burn calories

    Going to the gym 3-4 times a week and road cycling once a week. Greatly enjoy weights/strength training and cardio. Put on a little bit of muscle during COVID and very happy with that. Love good food and wine though which is a constant conflict from keeping fit!

    I love hiking in Jungle type scenery and I love dancing . Im overall a fairly active person , I dont like to be stagnant. I do make it a habit to follow a work out routine daily. I really care about my physical , mental , and spiritual body :)

    I love to go dancing or do yoga with my friends. That is basically how I tend to stay in shape. At the gym my favorite machine to use are the ellipticals, they really help me out. One day I'm going to be a member of the Equinox.

    I do Pilates 3 times a week, I eat well because I love to cook and try out new healthy recipies and meditate every morning for 15 to 20 minutes - your mind is just as important as your physical shape!

    150 minutes of cardio a week , balanced diet , s*x , 70 minutes of weight strength and conditioning a week . Any more your wasting your time . A Leopard ,Lion ,Cheetah hunt and sprint 12 minutes a day and sleep the rest. These animals are lean . Yet again they don't watch Netflix or Amazon Prime and eat candy and drink beer like a Yobbo daily . I hope you find my tips entertaining .

    Pre-lockdown, I stayed strong by attending Bikram Yoga classes regularly. Now, with the freedom to work from home I am sitting on my tuchus at the computer 17 hours a day and rarely dragging some space heaters and a humidifier into the bathroom for a once through the poses. Because I value transparency: My body will never be in "good shape" though I can be strong, and have a low resting heart rate. I show wear from a different life long-ago lived. Years and years ago, I lost over 90lbs, and have kept it off save a few Covid pounds ...but evidence of the earlier weight remains. Three children and no tummy tuck! I chose to travel with my settlement instead of going under the knife. Although I have plenty of regrets, the choice to travel isn't one of them. I am not big but I'm not slim. 5'2" and 148 A size 10 Working to get back into my size 8 wardrobe but not expecting to be smaller than that. My perfect match will like soft, warm, and squeezable more than firm and slim.

    I workout consistently but don't overtrain. You'll find me in the gym most mornings before the sun is up. I eat healthy but am not fanatical about it. Lots of veggies. And yes, I love a good steak. I drink water, wine and occasionally tequila!
